What do you think about School Streets?

Barratt Avenue became a School Street this September, closed to vehicles from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday.

The street was closed to vehicles to increase road safety, address traffic congestion, and create space for physical distancing for students and parents.

The City of Winnipeg is exploring next steps. We need to hear from the school community to figure out the future of School Streets. Give us your input!
