Board of Directors

Directors of Green Action Centre are elected by members at an Annual General Meeting held in June. Directors serve 2-year terms on the board. Meetings are held monthly. The responsibilities of board members are set out in Green Action Centre’s bylaws. Participation on the board of a non-profit organization can be a rewarding volunteer experience.
