Elliot Codispodi

2026

Elliot Codispodi is a materials engineer by training originally from Hamilton, Ontario.

Since moving to Manitoba in 2005, he has spent over 20 years working in the province’s manufacturing sector — first in steel recycling, where he helped transform scrap metal into new products through remelting, casting, and rolling, and later in the design and production of equipment for agriculture and public mass transit partners. His career has reinforced the importance of circularity, innovation, and sustainable decision‑making in industry.

He holds a B.Eng. in Materials Science and Engineering from McMaster University and an MBA from the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business, with a concentration in Sustainability and Leadership.

Outside of work, Elliot is an avid fisherman with a family property in Northwestern Ontario, where he spends time on the water with his wife and two sons. As a parent, he tries to model everyday sustainability — from green commuting and year‑round composting to conservation habits and organic gardening. He also stays connected to his athletic roots by coaching with the Manitoba Lacrosse Association, after growing up playing competitive lacrosse in Ontario.

Elliot is proud to support Green Action Centre’s mission and to contribute his experience in sustainable manufacturing, community leadership, and environmental stewardship to the board.
