To wrap-up the ninth annual Jack Frost Challenge, Green Action Centre presents Try it Out Day!Thank you to event sponsors, CAA Manitoba.
This event aims to reduce barriers to entry for persons to participate in new winter activities. It allows visitors to simply ‘try it out’ to see if they enjoy these forms of movement, hopefully, inspiring a new passion.
Green Action Centre’s sustainable transportation team will be set up on the river from 1-4 pm to provide visitors with the opportunities to try out winter sporting equipment for free, such as; fat bikes and snowshoes.
We will provide hot chocolate, educational resources, and enthusiasm for winter activities!
