Youth Climate Strikers have been striking for months in Winnipeg and even longer across the globe. It is time for adults to join them by walking out of their workplaces and homes to demand an end to the age of fossil fuels.
This event will be a peaceful demonstration which includes; a rally, a march, massive installations, workshops, and collective actions.
The Manitoba Youth for Climate Action organization is asking adult allies to power up and follow their lead. Help them get unprecedented numbers out in the streets to demand binding, emergency measures to keep global temperature rise below 1.5°.
