Green Action Centre will be at Fort Whyte Alive’s Earth Day celebration with information on backyard composting, vermicomposting, and active transportation. Come see us at the farm, and take in the rest of the fun and educational events and music hosted by FortWhyte this day. Parking gets pretty crazy, so watch their page for information on park-and-ride shuttles – plus, it’s a great excuse to break out your bikes and go on a family adventure!
Did you know? FortWhyte admission is always free any day if you bike or walk there! Otherwise it’s $8-10 for anybody ages 3 and up, without a membership.
