Andre is an operations and administration professional with a background in business management and is also an Industrial Engineer. He brings over a decade of experience in coordinating teams, streamlining workflows, and improving operational efficiency across sectors. After completing a Post-Degree Certificate in Advanced Business Management at the University of Winnipeg, Andre worked at Compost Winnipeg, where he saw firsthand the importance of contributing to a nonprofit focused on environmental impact. He later joined Green Action Centre to put that commitment into practice and support community-focused sustainability programs. He is passionate about using structured, people-oriented systems to support sustainability and reduce environmental impact. With a strong belief in the power of small, consistent changes, Andre is excited to contribute to a team working toward a greener, more resilient Manitoba. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, working out, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family. P.S. He also loves bungee jumping.
