The City of Winnipeg is developing a Road Safety Strategic Action Plan. Remember those times and places you were scared out of your wits? Or you had a close call that left you shaking? You have until September 30th to share these experiences with the City. You can even mark on a virtual map the locations you find dangerous or need improvements.
If you want to delve a little deeper, there are public sessions on September 22 and 24 (register in advance) along with four pop-up locations happening in the first half of September. You can even get a bike tune-up from the good folks at the WRENCH at the pop-ups taking place Sept 9 and 11 at the Broadway Neighbourhood Centre and Powers Park Plaza.
