Tips On Wasting Less From A Surburban Mom

I have spent the last few hours scanning various websites and catching up on e-mails. I stumbled upon this site and something caught my eye – An article about clearing your head by walking outside rather than in the city. Another about switching to rechargeable batteries… And finally, some tips on wasting less from the perhaps not-so-converted.

Lessons learned?

Walk outside in nature. You’ll be better able to focus and feel happier. Most of what’s in the garbage isn’t garbage. Take small, satisfying steps towards your goal – you don’t have to do it all at once. Remember that one small step leads to another. Recharge your batteries.
