Green Action Centre is proud to bring back Bike Everywhere Month for another year. BEM focuses on getting back outside and taking advantage of the great spring weather. It’s time to pull out the helmets and explore some great bike trails we have in Winnipeg. Register for Bike Everywhere Month below for activities and a chance to win great prizes.
Bike Everywhere Month!
Bike Everywhere Month, May 1 – 31, 2022, is a celebration of kids on bikes, because getting to school is just one piece of the puzzle. To stay mentally and physically healthy—and learn effectively!—kids need to get out in their communities to explore nature, burn off energy from being indoors, and push their limits.
Kids are already excited to get on bikes; Bike Everywhere Month provides the tools, skills, and support they need to keep on riding safely, even once life returns to normal.
Participating is Easy:
1. Register and get key updates and sneak peaks, so you don’t miss a thing.
2. Receive your Activity Kit by email. We’ll be unveiling our activity kit later in April to help get kids excited to map their ride, go on a scavenger hunt, challenge their skills, and more! For more information, check out our event page here
3. Win prizes! All registrants are entered in a draw, but take on a social media challenge for more chances to win!
