Dear Bicycle Friends,

While we can’t have our usual Bike Week in 2020, we hope that you will join us in celebrating the bicycle while we stay socially distant.

Back in March, we made a formal announcement that due to the COVID19 pandemic we would be postponing Bike Week. While we had hoped to offer a scaled-down version of Bike Week in the fall, after further consultation with the City of Winnipeg, our main sponsor, we have now decided to postpone the next full Bike Week until 2021.

With that difficult decision behind us, we have decided to take Bike Week virtual in 2020. We have activities planned for each day of Bike Week and we are also planning some other on-line content that we hope will help to engage Winnipeggers including a new recommended routes and planning mentorship program.

We have some prizes too so check out what we have planned and let’s get out and ride.
