Are you a student in Manitoba who likes to draw, paint, collage or colour?
Do you want your artwork to be featured as the winning poster across the province?
Green Action Centre’s Active & Safe Routes to School Program is hosting our annual poster contest for our spring events: Bike to School Month and Clean Air Day!
The poster contest is a way to get students thinking and drawing about the importance of a healthy lifestyle and making changes that benefit the environment.
The grand prize winning poster will be used as the main promotional image for both Bike to School Month and Clean Air Day from May 4 – June 3, 2015.
The winning school will receive a framed copy of their poster to put up at school at a special presentation ceremony. The winner and runners-up will receive recognition in Off on the Right Foot, the ASRTS newsletter in Manitoba and on our website. Check out last year’s finalists.
All Manitoba elementary and middle school-aged students are eligible to enter.
