Turn your food scraps and yard waste into nutrient rich compost! Reduce your household garbage by up to 40% and provide your garden with a free, natural fertilizer. In this session, learn how to get started, what makes it work, and how to avoid problems or pitfalls.

OUR ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT – TUESDAY, OCT. 14TH

Everything we use to survive – air, water, food, clothing – come from Nature. This eye-opening presentation discusses our rates of consumption and waste disposal as individual Canadians. More importantly, it will discuss simple, specific steps we can all take to walk more gently on the earth.

DO IT YOURSELF: THE DIY WAY – MONDAY, DEC. 1ST
