No room to compost outside? Curious about ways to embrace a more sustainable lifestyle? Come to West Broadway Community Organization’s vermicomposting (worm bin) workshop to learn how to get started composting indoors. Ideal for enviromentally-minded apartment dwellers, these bins are low-maintenance, odourless, fun for kids, and provide free fertilizer for your plants!
One of our composting team staff will be delivering this presentation. While priority will be given for West Broadway residents, it is open to all. Registration is requested. Participation in this presentation is free; however if you would like to order worms and a bin to take home with you at the end of the night, there is a small cost involved.
