It’s the clean-up day you’ve been waiting for… or perhaps putting off.
For one magical day, anyone can come by the legislative building in Winnipeg and recycle any broken small appliances and power tools for free!
Clean out the closet, the basement, the attic or where ever you stowed
away that toaster that can’t make toast, that fan you’re no longer a fan of or that vacuum that no longer sucks. Even items as small as power drills or even an electric toothbrush can make a huge difference and it’s time we made sure these items don’t fill up our landfills. Come see how we recycle them the right way on Monday November 6th and let’s see if we can make a pile as tall the legislative building.
