The next Master Composter course is being offered through a partnership with the Community Lead Emissions Reduction Program (CLER) of the Riverview/Lord Roberts Community Centres. While some spaces are specifically reserved for residents of Riverview/Lord Roberts, all Manitoba residents are welcome to submit their application.
The Master Composter course takes approximately 18 hours to complete and will be held over 2 separate weekends. The dates, times, and locations for the course are as follows:
- September 30th 6:30pm-9:30pm and October 1st, 9:00am-3:00pm at Riverview Community Centre
- October 14th, 6:30pm-9:30pm and October 15th, 9:00am-3:00pm at the EcoCentre, 3rd floor of the Mountain Equipment Coop Building, 303 Portage avenue.
In order to apply you must first download the Application and Reference forms below. Secondly, fill out the registration information below the links to the forms and “Submit.”
The Application and Reference forms must be submitted separately to Dave Elmore, preferably by email. If you do not have access to a computer you can also submit the forms by mail or in person prior to September 16, 2011. (contact information provided in the application) Applications received after this date will only be considered if the course registration is not already full.
We will notify you if your application is accepted.
